FIRST 48 HOURS
Listing is entered into Multiple Listing Service.

FOR SALE sign is installed at property with a banner at the top listing a hotline number and code where people can hear more information about your house.

Electronic keybox is installed at property in order to facilitate showings and create a record of showings.

Listing added to RE/MAX Appointment Center.

Listing is displayed on New Listing Chart at RE/MAX offices.

Relocation department is notified of new listing.

Direct Mail Program is implemented. Just Listed Postcards will be sent to 100 of your neighbors notifying them that your home is for sale.

Agent tour request ordered .

Home Condition Checklist reviewed with homeowner.

Home Fact Book Brochures with photos are created detailing your home, neighborhood and community. They are then placed in the home for showings.


WEEK 1
Just Listed Postcards reach your neighbors.

Listing placed on the Internet at my website www.JudyRockensock.com and many other websites in order to reach as many buyers and agents as possible.

Distinct and descriptive recording is placed on our 800 number Hotline, which can be accessed by anyone driving by the property.


WEEK 2
Open House (optional).

Agent Tour is typically held.


WEEK 3
Open House (optional).

Review comments from Agent tour, critiquing home condition, marketing and price.


WEEK 4
Continue existing advertising program.

Explore other advertising avenues (i.e. direct mail program to homeowners in neighboring areas).

Monthly review of agents showings and comments.

Determine best strategy and pricing based on first month's results.

WEEKLY
Follow up contact is made with any agents who showed the home.

Activity Updates will be sent to the seller informing them of any phone calls, website activity, showings and feedback.
